Mental Profiling is ATHLETE IQ's signature service and involves the psychological profiling of athletes, parents, coaches and staff to uncover what is mentally blocking a person from optimum performance. Mental Profiling includes an assessment of:

Athlete IQ Online wellbeing counselling
At ATHLETE IQ, online athlete wellbeing consultations, you can access our trained professional practitioners using our video conferencing anytime, anywhere. Whether you are competing interstate or overseas. We are always here. As we are based in Adelaide and Brisbane, we only use online video conferencing for clients in other major centres and all regional and rural areas for our clients. Our preferential mode is Zoom and Skype (as you can simple click on a link to access the video conference). Face time technology can also be accommodated if necessary.
Your appointment will be guided just like a face-to-face session. Where you will be able to see, hear and interact with our team in a virtual setting for the length of the session. Notably however, by conducting your session on-line you may considerably reduce the stress and hassle associated with traveling to your appointment (such as traffic, public transport, parking etc).
ATHLETE IQ offers flexible times, weekends, after hours including evenings. Thus, this maximises the chance that you are able to find time between training, competing, working and or studying. Our aim is to facilitate these sessions for you to improve your performance and well being
What is needed from you is a computer, laptop or iPad or smartphone, a web cam (generally built in), a reliable internet connection, and a private space in which to conduct your session. You will be billed via credit card or you can transfer directly via bank account during the session.
Online counselling session when using Zoom, Skype or Face Time is hassle free and convenient for people that have difficulty getting to appointments. This may be because they live in rural, regional, or find themselves
overseas and interstate often without access to these services.
Athletes and performers are often busy people and traveling can be burdensome. Online counselling presents a great opportunity to speak with a counsellor before competing or performing with a click of a button.
Online counselling is also great for people and athletes with childcare and intense training commitments, unstructured competition commitments and even those with a busy work and travel calendar. Some athletes speak with a counsellor daily, thus having these sessions online, creates efficiency and is cost effective.
